Important Information

CLEMENT TOURS & TRAVEL/CLEMENT TRAVEL SERVICE INC. is not responsible or liable for any accident, loss,expenses, injury or damage to you or any other party traveling in connection with transportation or any other service resulting directly or indirectly from conditions or occurrences beyond their control, which may be caused by the defect of any vehicle or the negligence or default of any company or person engaged in carrying out or performing any of the services involved, not limited to irregularities or changes of schedules, malfunctions of equipment, strikes, delays, sickness, weather, wars or acts of God. This also applies and is not limited to transportation services, lodging, food and beverage, entertainment, sightseeing or luggage handling. All services and accommodations are subject to the laws of the country in which they are provided. All arrangements are made with an independent contractor and are not part of CLEMENT TOURS & TRAVEL/CLEMENT TRAVEL SERVICE INC.

CLEMENT TOURS & TRAVEL/CLEMENT TRAVEL SERVICE INC. reserves the right to make changes in the published itinerary whenever, in their judgment, conditions warrant or if they deem it necessary for the comfort, convenience or safety of the trip. Baggage and personal effects are the sole responsibility of the owners at all times.

CLEMENT TOURS & TRAVEL/CLEMENT TRAVEL SERVICE INC. reserves the right to accept or decline any passenger. Every effort was made to insure that all travel information is correct at the time of printing. Any subsequent changes or deviations will be made as deemed necessary. Flight numbers, flight times, schedules, connections, re-routing, cancellations are controlled by the airlines and are subject to change. It is the passenger(s)' responsibility to reconfirm all flight schedule times 24 hrs. prior to departure for domestic travel and 72 hrs. prior to departure for international flights by contacting the appropriate airline(s). Air space is limited and once purchased, airline tickets are nonrefundable. Applicable fees will be assessed for each change. All airline rules and penalties will apply. Purchase of airfare and/or travel arrangements implies the clients' agreement to all the accompanying restrictions and conditions. Airfare might not include any new taxes or surcharges or any increase in airfare the government or airlines may impose. Any changes to the airline itinerary are subject to airline rules and restrictions. Service charges are $40.00 for each domestic ticket and $80.00 for each international ticket.

For written proposals of certain travel arrangements and/or custom packages, a nonrefundable deposit may be required in advance payable by cash only. If our services are purchased, the deposit will be applied toward the total price. If not, the deposit becomes our research fee. Please inquire for more information.

CLEMENT TOURS & TRAVEL/CLEMENT TRAVEL SERVICE INC. has no special knowledge regarding the financial conditions of the Suppliers, unsafe conditions, health or weather hazards or climate extremes at locations where you may travel. For information concerning possible dangers at destinations, we recommend contacting the Travel Warnings Section of the U.S. State Department at (202) 647-5225 or For medical information, we recommend contacting the Centers for Disease Control at 877 FYI-TRIP or Travelers assume full and complete responsibility for checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccination or other entry requirements of their destination(s) and all conditions regarding health, safety, security, political stability, and labor or civil unrest at such destination(s). Travelers hereby release Clement Travel Service Inc. from all claims arising out of any problem covered in this paragraph. Travelers will agree that the courts in San Francisco County will be the exclusive jurisdiction for all claims brought by them or Clement Travel Service Inc. and hereby submit to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.


For domestic travel, travelers must have the proper, valid government issued ID.

For international travel, travelers are responsible for having the proper, valid travel documents such as passports, visas, etc. to exit and enter the U.S. and enter and exit their travel destinations.

Some countries require that these travel documents be valid several months beyond the return trip to the U.S.
